Alandog hates her lead. In fact whenever I get it, she slopes off to her crate, tries to hide at the far end and with her head tucked under! I usually have to reach in to put it on. I've tried calling her out and treating her, but she then goes all submissive, whines and sometimes pees out of fear! 
even when I try to be upbeat and jolly, she's still does this.
Once the lead is on, she's happy enough to go for a walk. Ideally, I'd like to call her and her to sit so I can pop the lead on. How do I get to that stage.
