Ways your dog embarrases you?

Just had the metre reader visit. As I brought him in to the lounge I discovered my dirty underwear in the middle of the floor. I had brought it downstairs and put it on the floor in front of the machine while I sorted something else out. Monsterdog had decided to move a few pieces and deposit them on the rug. They probably had a good shake to "kill" them first and maybe a bit of a chew.... ewww.

I love this. My dog has a big panda teddy that was mine many years ago, that has come to be called sexual harrassment panda. Sdog has never humped anything before he found panda and wont hump anything else but does like to bring him onto the rug when people are sat round in the living room and hump him then lie down and give him kisses

My dog is the only one who barks (constantly) at the dog park and makes me feel like a bad owner!!

Mine barks at the very sight of another dog. We're working on it and most people are understanding when we attempt to pass by while he barks and I apologise profusely. However, this morning a woman (whose dog was walking perfectly, of course) looked at us with total disgust. Given that he's wearing a Dogs Trust harness, she might have used a bit of common sense to determine that he's had a tough time of it so far. I think my new refrain will be 'He doesn't like dogs, but I promise he has many other redeeming features.'

My mum used to occasionally walk her neighbours dog if they were out for the day. I once went with her and she was embarrassed every time he stopped to cock his leg!

Laradog1 humps her brother, but only when other people are around when we are out walking! They're both neutered too. Tsk!

mine likes to piss on fishermen, or really anyone that is sat too long. so people on the beach can sometimes get it!

headless dog enjoys going for a drink when people come round, she likes to dip her ears in her water and then drip them all over people to say hello. I'm not convinced that she evens drinks any of the water. She is a springer BTW so plenty of 'ears'

My little 5 kilo dog is stubborn and if she doesn't want to go that way, she digs her heels in and refuses to move. Good thing she is light enough for me to pick her up and carry her a little way even if I have to do that twice.

My dog has a thing about Labradors, he loves them and always tries to hump them.

Our little staffie cross would eat lots of grass secretly, then position himself in front of a group of people out enjoying the afternoon sun on the green. then. start doing that heaving thing they do, then regurgitate all the chewd up grass, then trot off.
Or have a lovely roll in a nice bit of fox poo, then try and make friends with a group of japanese tourists. i miss the dirty little monkey.

Our mad Spoodle likes to chase joggers and cyclists. I have dveloped quite a good sprint since He became part of the family.

Our old Spaniel used to jump into our local pond and chase the ducks as they swam about. She was never in any danger of catchng them. They would just swim gracefully away and look down their beaks at this nutty frantically paddling dog.

Foosyerdoos mine does too! What breed is yours? Mine is a Dally, and for him, he particularly likes the ancient ones that can't run away.

Mine likes to sniff peoples' bums. My mum's dog used to steal underwear off the neighbour's washing line.

Hi Panda, he is a labradoodle. He has little interest in any other breeds just labs young or old. It is very embarrassing.

When my bf came for a visit and we were getting 'friendly' so to speak he came and jumped up on the bed and then when told to get down he sat panting and staring at us. It was off putting to say the least...
Then when we shut him out the room he started crying and howling.
We taught him the 'go to your bed' command very quickly!

When he was really young he ran halfway across a field to lick a bald mans head who happened to be sunbathing on the grass.
