Slimy yellow poo (sorry)

My nine week old puppy has had loose-ish stools since yesterday and this morning did a really loose, watery poo which when I cleaned up noticed also had some clear slimy blobs in it too.
She has been wormed by breeder but not had injections (due next week)
She is fine in herself and has had breakfast. The breeder was feeding her dry food only and I have given her a small sachet of puppy wet food mixed in with it - do you think this would cause it or do you think it is something more sinister and I should take her to the vets this morning? Thanks in advance.

More than likely the fact you have given her wet food. You really shouldn't feed wet and dry food at the ame time as they digest at different rates. I am not saying feed one or the other you can feed both just at different times. Hope this helps.

Thanks Tillypo, I think I will stick to the dry food for a bit and see if it improves.

Change of food is almost certainly the case. If you wish to wet food you make the change very gradually start 10% wet food 90% dry and make the change over several weeks.
