Had my boy done yesterday he is 2 is it usual for him to still be whining? And very lethargic.

Hasn't been to loo yet either

Only had cats before so sorry if it's a stupid question

My lab was done when he was 2.5 yrs, he was tired and whiney for two days, was told it was the after effects of the anaesthetic.
I think its normal not to pee or poo much for a while after op, you could phone vet to check.
