Why is he in a t shirt ?

Is he a Tibetan Terrier? Looks similar to my Lhasa Apso but she is 3 years-old. Or is he a poodle designer X? Also looks like my neighbour's cockerpoo. So CUTE.

He is a F1b cockerpoo (cocker/poodle dam, miniature poodle sire). He's in a t shirt because the skinny little thing gets cold when he's wet, and he won't tolerate a hair dryer. Also, he just looks awesome in stripes He's 6 months old now, and hasn't put any weight on in a month, so I think we're about done size wise. He's exactly 5kg, which is quite a bit smaller than I estimated, but he can keep up with the spaniel for a short while now.

My Lhasa is 5 kilo and fully grown, but black and white with straight hair. At 6 months he has another 3 months to get taller and build more muscle but will be a cute cuddly bundle of fur as an adult.
My neighbour's is 18 months old and is a smallish medium build and so excitable and full of energy. Also very friendly.

He has lots of fans on here who think he is gorgeous.
