dog has fleas what do i do

blimmin dog has fleas for first time ever - he is 7. have always religiously treated for fleas, ticks and worms. never had a problem. last lot we went to pets at home. maybe coincidence but he has fleas. how do i get rid of them from him and the house? i have kids, have been to other peoples house with him, away with him. nightmare

Go to vets they sell a powerful flea spray for carpets and furniture, its expensive but it goes a long way and works. Think its called Acclaim, not sure about the dog though, would frontline kill them?

You can buy Frontline & a good quality house spray online, much cheaper than the vets. Just google it, there are several sites that sell veterinary products. They are reliable & good with very quick delivery.
