We've just had a really weird letter with our latest order - accusations of inferior products, hostile takeovers, gross misconduct, fraud...

Wtf?

Seems a bit weird that customers are getting letters though.

Thanks. Totally weird. They say they "need to set the record straight," but - uh - I would never have known there were issues if not for the letter!

I'm interested in switching to Natural Instinct and found this on their website. Sounds pretty bitter and who knows where the actual truth is. My friend uses Natural Instinct and says her dog loves it.

That's the one berge. Have to say that we love it - our dog's been on it for over three years now and went from regular vet visits previously to almost none in that period. The only visits she's had have been for bloody grass seeds.

The reason they sent that letter is because all the original staff left after the new "management" took over and set up a rival company called Nutriment and are making something better and cheaper. I think they are so worried about losing any more customers that they obviously think this letter will stop people buying elsewhere. Did not stop me!!

Link to to another thread I found.. Some interesting opinions about the ingredients used.. Some people really look into this in great detail.
