constant anal gland problems- change diet?

Working cocker spaniel- constantly dragging bottom across floor- I have had her glands drained numerous times and vet just describes it as 'fairly normal'- but she leaks and is clearly irritated.

I feed her on Iams (green packet- Active adult dog). Is there any change I can make to her diet?

Ive seen online people suggesting chicken wings- does this literally mean raw chicken wings from the supermarket???

Yes. I raw feed but it is not really the best idea to feed this alongside the iams as kibble and raw are digested very differently. Dogs can eat things like raw food as they have a short digestive tract and digest raw in about 4 hours. Kibble takes around 14 hours so mix feeding increases the risk of bacteria forming.
