Enormous, huge, great, big puppy ?

He's a Maremma Sheepdog. 5 months old. Around the size of a small pony with feet the size of dinner plates.

He's being very good. Bit barky first night but not a peep last night. One wee on the floor yesterday and needs a bit of persuasion to go outside to wee but will go once he's out.

DH has taken him for a couple of walks and he's stuck very close and not wandered off.

SmallDog is a bit jealous. A few snaps and snarls over toys but again, not bad.

The cats have ignored him completely and he's ignored them.

So, I know it's all a bit honeymoony, but so far, so good.

And he's moulting his puppy fluff. I've hoovered twice since lunchtime..

White all iver. Black nose. Deep brown eyes.

It is unfortunate that royal dog is also Lupo. But I thought of it before I knew about that one. Ii thouught I was being all novel and clevetr (Italian wolf - apt see)

Small is being a bit of a jealous pita this evening. Snappy and growly. Problem is they can't fight and get it over with because of the expensive back.

And BigPuppy has,,gathered every blanket and toy in the house and created a mountain.

Beautiful though, and great that you know the breeder. I'm quite jealous of the snuggles you will have with such a fluffy bear.
