Puppy Shopping. What do I need.

5 month old Maremma.

Needs a name and equipment.

What will I need?

Luigi? He will hear it across the field.

We get Toby tomorrow. Very unprepared. Need to puppy proof the house!

Is he home AYC?

Do we get to see some pictures?

Hi AYC - I second the poster who said LOTS of old cardboard tubes and assorted boxes. Otto has been given loads of toys but, like children, his favourite thing is the tag it originally had on it or the box it came in.... Equally anything that squeaks, jingles or otherwise makes a noise. Sticking with the rubbish theme, he has an old 500ml coke bottle that we've squashed a little and then glued the lid on to. He loves it as he can't quite get his mouth around it so ends up chasing is all around the kitchen making one hell of a racket.

We've got two leads for him - one standard and the other flexi. The standard is great for getting him used to going out and about and especially puppy school where he can move around without it bothering him too much. The flexi is great for in the park as he can have a good old nose about even though his recall isn't great non existant

Hope new pup settles in OK and smalldog is nice to him (is he back to normal after the June incident?) Good luck with the first night! P.S. Yes, pictures please!
