Hi, Long time lurker here 
I picked up my new puppy yesterday after lunch and since then he has pee'd 6 times. Once in the house (2pm), once after dinner(5pm), once after DS fell asleep (9pm) and then again at 1am this morning. Today he has done one when he woke up (7am) and one just after lunch. (all outside)
He's drinking normally but has only done 2 poo's since getting here 
His brother lives with Mil and also got picked up yesterday and is going much more often.
Cracklepup doesn't seem in any pain, playing lots, eating and drinking normally but he just won't go.
He's a sheltie and 8 weeks old, completely gorgeous
Please say if this is normal or not? He seems happy and played with his brother today happily but surely he cant hold it in that long? If I take him outside he lays down and looks at me then wanders back to the door.
