Thinking of you, Cervix. It's a tough but loving decision x

mistlethrush · 24/07/2013 10:59

Its really hard - but you're doing the right thing.

I went home from the office when we had to put mistledog down - met the vet there - had to go back to work afterwards. I was devastated. I'm still sad about losing her now - despite having mistlehound lying, twitching on the sofa beside me...

Thinking of you. Been there, done that four times, never gets any easier. Horrible decision to make but it's the last act of kindness. I'm welling up now thinking about it. Enjoy your cuddles this morning. x

I'm so sorry Cervix

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 24/07/2013 16:57

Very Sad .
The "feeding him sausages and chicken" was so sad and so sweet. His last supper (hope he scoffed it and enjoyed it)

It is strange when you see their still body- you see things you never noticed before.
Now he's gone from this world - you remember the good times that you had.
Sad

Greydog · 24/07/2013 17:07
