I used to work in kennels. If you give me more details I can try to help you.

Ah thanks but I phoned the kennels yesterday and booked in my dogs.....one of them has issues with men, she won't let a man touch her so I was worried about that but the staff I spoke to said that won't be a problem. Still abit worried about leaving her incase she hates all the staff and spends the whole time looking out for me......she refuses to be walked by anyone but me at home Hmm

And please tell me I won't be the only owner to cry dropping off dogs! Hmm

Oh no you won't be. I strongly recommend booking your dog(s) in for a one night stay if time and money allow. It breaks them in more easily and let's them know that you will come back.
You could also sleep with a clean blanket the night before they go into kennels then leave it with them. Your smell will comfort them.

All the best.

Thank you I probably will book her in before we fly out, I was even thinking half days every weekend the month before. She has been in the kennels before but that was when she was 6 months old, 4 years on I'm hoping she remembers being in before as she actually came out a better dog....eating better, playing fetch better etc but even at 6 months she only allowed one member of staff to deal with her.
