My dog is 12 and starting to show his age :( struggles a bit getting into cars and up stairs etc. Can anyone recommend a supplement they use that has helped with joints and general old age creaking

Tia :)

something with glucosamine/chondroitin in it does brilliantly for some of these creaky dogs. You can get ramps to help with climbing into cars too.

As above and also cod liver oil help :)

I use Yumove on my sporting dogs. Our vets recommend Synoquin but at 1/3 of the price conceded that Yumove was a good second best!

The most important thing is it should be glucosamine hydrochloride. Glucosamine sulphate used in human products is bio avaliable to dogs.
Yumove, Seraquin, Synoquin, Cosequin and Newmarket joint supplement are the main ones though there are many others.
