Any dog collar recommendations?

Had a fabric collar for about a year now and its still ok but looking a bit tatty. Bought a new leather one from Pets At Home last week and all the leather has peeled off already!

Any recommendations for smart, hard-wearing comfortable collars? Preferably something that will look nice on a Golden Retriever, he's had red collars up until now but am open to suggestions!

My lab has had this collar with fitted metal name tag for 2 years and still fine, washes easily when gets whiffy. More comfortable than the buckle collars and no chance of the id falling off or getting caught on anything.

That looks perfect thanks! Like the way the tag is fitted on, we recently lost the tag off our collar. Do you just put it in the wash then or handwash?

Ooh fab collar. I'll be getting one of those as well.

The collar+tag goes in the washing machine with other doggy stuff. Dog goes swimming in river every day and tag is still shiny and easy to read, although when he got lost in the woods the person who found him had to wipe the mud off to see my phone number Smile

Count Staffula is wearing a Hunter collar declaring himself to be Pirate Dog!

Washes well and is really sturdy and well made considering I had to go for an all plastic one as he's allergic to some metals.

Count Staffula is the best name!!
