Dry cracked paws, what to use?

I have just noticed our staffy has dry cracked sore looking pads, same pad on each front paw, any ideas or anyone had this problem, what did you use on their pads?

We were recommended Bepanthen by the vets.

Oh fabby we have that from dps tattoo!! Google suggested Vaseline so I have slapped on some of ds emulsifying ointment.

We use Pawz (link below) when our dogs feet are sore to give them some protection while they are healing he got used to them within a minute or so & carried on with his walk. We use them mainly in winter when it's icy/snowy but always have them in as he has sensitive pads
