Best Dog Friendly Beaches

Sun is shining and I am planning to pack up the car and head to the coast.

Can you let me know of any hidden gems of a beach we can take the dog too? Was planning on just going to the dog parts of either Hayling Island or West Wittering but thought I'd check here first!

Travelling from Berks so South Coast is ideal

I wish i had seen your post earlier but it might come in handy if you decide to travel further afield down to the SW for a few days break in the summer.

Head to Charmouth beach which is absolutely the most dog friendly beach i have ever been too.

We do all of our puppy socialisation down there as it is packed with the best behaved dogs and families

A bag of treats and we have nearly managed to train the pup to ignore all the other hounds. We still have long way to go with training him to know that not all children want to play!

Its lovely watching all of the dogs swimming around and ignoring each other
