White drop after weeing - what could this be?

This morning after her wee I noticed a drop of white liquid coming out. The wee itself was normal colour. Dog seems otherwise fine, lively, eating normally seems in no discomfort. Is it some sort of infection? She is a puppy, 19 weeks. Thanks!

Not sure about after wee, but my pup would drop some white stuff after a poo which I believe is her anal glands. I've never really looked after a wee so dunno if it can be the same thing?

I'm not sure. I read somewhere that it might be some sort of yeast infection and would pass, or something they have eaten.

Our collie had this at the same age. it was diagnosed as juvenile vaginitis (sorry for bad spelling) tablets from the vet sorted it after 3 goes.
