Dog not eating

We have taken in another rescue, he is roughly about a year old, he gets on well with my other dog and seems fine, he's been here a few days but he's barely eating, just a few mouthfuls and that's it, he's drinking plenty, he doesn't seem unhappy or ill, he had a few accidents last night and the night before but I think that's due to the upset of going from foster care to us so that's not my main issue, I'm worried he's not eating, he's on the same foodies he was before. My other dog is a rescuer and she didn't stop eating, foster carer says its fine and he'll just take a while to get settled. Sorry about the lack of paragraphs in on DD's phone!

Try giving him chicken and rice or scrambled egg without milk also tinned chappie is a good food as it is mild on their tummies, just til he is settled in.
