When do dogs stop growing?

What age are they usually when they reach their adult size? We have a cocker and she's much smaller than every other cocker I've seen.

She's 15 months old. I'm thinking she's the runtSmile a lovely runt though.

I don't think she's grown at all over the past few months, do you think she's finished growing?

Theoretically, a dog is mature at 9 months and will have reached its height. They will develope further in muscular strength and weight though.

I like smaller dogs so long as they are fit and healthy.
