Started to wee in the house. Why why why? Always on a carpet or rug (most of our house has hardwood flooring). I have no idea what to do about this. As far as i know, its about once a week now.

She originally house trained in one day, no issues at all. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated!

My pup did this for about 6 weeks on and off before coming into first season, has your dog had her first season yet?

Go back to basics with the housetraining. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than we think for them to completely get it. Take her outside more often, especially if you see signs in her that she needs to go, and praise her like crazy whenever she goes. Don't tell her off when she goes in the house (it's too late by then anyway but you don't want to add stress as that can make it worse). Just clean it up without making a fuss.

If the problem persists, then get her checked at the vet in case its a UTI.

Ok, I'll try that. She was desexed at 6months old, just before coming into heat for the first time. Apologies if I'm using wrong terminology, this is my first dog!
