Doggie first aid

Ok so it's not serious- just a bit of a graze which I assume came from playing with dog in park (all very friendly, clearly an accident not fighting).
It's just the sort of graze, if dd had it I would wipe with alcohol and apply plaster (for comfort rather than need).
Should I do the same thing (minus the plaster!) or ignore it completely or something else?
Thanks
Ps he doesn't seem to have noticed it and its on his face so he can't get to it!

Sounds like cleaning with salt water should do the trick (1 pint of water to 1 tsp of salt).

Only ever use salt water, alcohol is one of the fastest ways to get bitten and many human antiseptics are irritant to dogs.
