Wainwrights have changed the packaging and amounts too?

I get my pup the wainwrights wet food 395g trays. Today i've bought 3 green and 3 yellow, the yellow one has new packaging.

On the green one it says for a large breed dog at 3-6 months 3/4 to 1 and 1/4 of a tray (which is what ive been doing) However the yellow one now states that for a large breed dog 2-6 months feed 4-5 and 1/2?? (daily feed in trays) that seems pretty excessive to me. Do you think its a typo? Theres a number i can ring but no email (i dont do well on the phone) but can anyone enlighten me as to what it might mean?

often feed companies work backwards based on RDA of vits and mierals and calorie content is by the by
So in order to get the full RDA of vits etc the dog would need to eat X amount of food, regardless of the fact that he only needs 1/2 X worth of food for calorie intake.
so basically you cant really go by the amounts onthe pack, unless a really well balanced food
Make any ense?
