Daughter trying to train the next Pudsey - any good websites for teaching an old dog new tricks?

DD wants to train Daphne to do tricks (and I'd like to work on getting the dog to listen to me again, something see seems to have forgotten).

Does anyone have a tip for training dogs, or suggestions for a website where DD can research this?
