Just seen this in chat but thought it should be reposted here - homeless man has had his dog stolen

I wonder if it was some well-meaning person who thought they were doing the dog a favour by giving him a home.

Poor man :(

I doubt it, as they also took the money he had hidden in his hat :(

And for anyone out there who thinks the dog needs a home - what about the MAN? The PERSON, that our society is letting down so shamefully? If he had a home, so would his dog friend.

Oh, I don't actually think that, I was just trying to find a reason why someone might take anything from a homeless person.

This poor man, a dog is very precious to ANY dog owner!

Oh nonono I knew you didn't - just wanted to get that said in case anyone came along to say it. Its a very common attitude, sadly :(
