First sleepover

We're off to the Winchester Christmas market (in the gale force wind and rain) today. We'll be out for most of the afternoon and evening so absolutdog has gone for her first overnight stay at the dog sitter. She has taken her blanket and a picnic, think she'll be ok!
The house is very quiet without her.....

I was terrible when SpicyDog went for her first overnighter! We went out for a meal and show and DH had to ply me with booze to stop me worrying

She was fine, loved it. When we picked hed up she'd jus been dreaming on her rug by the radiator.

We've not been away together since we got our little boy . We used to go away quite a bit but now there is always some reason why someone has to stay home! I've never been a fan of holidays anyway and I can't imagine leaving him anywhere ,even though we have friends who have dogs and have offered to take him anytime. Fortunately he's quite happy to be home alone for a few hours so we can go out and about.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday. We left our pup with my parents and she was absolutely fine but she goes to them when i work so she is used to being there. We all missed her like mad though! It was a lovely welcome when we went to collect her yesterday.
