Scientific American has a nice blog about operant conditioning, with videos of those dogs but also a dog dancing the salsa and a mouse doing agiility here.

What about fish?

Er they have a chicken and a goat too but no fish on that page. There must be a clicker-trained fish out there somewhere ...
