Question about clicker training in a multi dog household

I have a small house and 3 small dogs, all of whom I've done various bits of clicker training with.

My problem is that when I want to work with a particular dog I have to shut the other 2 away but they know what is happening and bark and fuss because they want it to be their turn!

Also they all bark when the doorbell goes, when next door close their door, when post comes etc. Is there anyway I can clicker train collectively to stop this behaviour?

As usual the wonderful Kiko pup has the answer. It is a great opportunity to train the specatator dogs to be calm
