Ear mites/fleas

Pup, 14 weeks was itching at ears a lot. was told prob ear mites by a groomer, they suggested Thornit used twice a day for a week, all better.

She's scratching loads again, started up with Thornit again, fingers crossed will work.

Advocate has been suggested to me as an all round parasite treatment (inc ear mites) she had frontline combo 3 weeks ago. Can anyone recommend Advocate or Thornit? Thx

I use Advocate on both my dogs (one is only 14 weeks) and have had no problems with fleas or mites. I know some dogs can be sensitive to it and have issues at the application site but my two haven't shown any problems.

I'm using Advocate as a wormer on my puppy. The flea protection is an added bonus but the vet nurse recommended it as he has a tendency to try and eat slugs. We've had no problems with it.
