Five month old puppy - adolescence?

My jrt cross girl is coming up to five months this weekend. She is great, but has just suddenly got abit big for her boots and is becoming barkier, launching herself at our other six year old dog, chewing again and generally being a cow bag.
Does this sound like teenage behaviour?
