How about a proper old lady name. Ethel, maude etc
Disclaimer: pregnancy hormones may be affecting my name decisions :)
frazzled123 · 07/11/2012 22:01
We went with Betty for our pup, I love the old lady names! What about Elsie?! Poppy seems very popular around here. Good to go with two syllables I'd heard....

Does she already have a name though? Should a new name have a similar sound?
My DB's female dog is called Bob (Think Blackadder) :)
TheCunnyFuntWearingAPoppy · 08/11/2012 08:28
Nooo not Poppy! DD is called Poppy, and DD being Dear Daughter. Not Dear Dog.
Rhinestone · 08/11/2012 08:40

Have narrowed down to...

Val or
Tully (short for tallulah!)

Tully is definitely my favourite - good name!
TheCunnyFuntWearingAPoppy · 08/11/2012 19:37
I like Annie or Tully, my first and favourite teacher at primary school was called Mrs Tully :)
Although, tbf she probably still is called Mrs Tully.
PeggyJarvis · 20/05/2020 20:02
I love Tully!
