not sure if this is a good or bad thing, Barney is 9 months old, we have had him since he was 6 months old, he is a sweet little thing, a bit yappy but we are working on that, my main concern is his attachment to me, he is currently snuggled up as close as he possibly can as im typing, and he is like this all the time when i sit down, when im up and about he is at my feet following me, i turn and almost trip on him, he pines outside the bathroom door when i go for a wee or shower, now although i find this quite sweet and it not encouraged, it can get annoying at times, im not sure if i should encourage or discourage this behavior, i do have to shut him in the kitchen when getting dd 5 dressed or doing things with her as he is constantly trying to put himself between us, he does sleep in the kitchen at night with no problems, and he will go and play with dd in the garden, dd gets a bit annoyed if i go in the garden as barney then constantly wants to sit on my lap she shouts well no point in trying to play he only loves you mummy!! dh gets a little bit annoyed, when he pines if im not at his side, need some advice on what to do for the best
