We're moving house in the next 3 weeks do dogs cope ok with this? He'll go and stay with my mum for a couple of days whilst we actually move. My concern is that he might try and get back to his former house because he did exactly that when he stayed at a friends house a few weeks ago. I hope it was just looking for me and not missing his house.
Fortunately there were no roads to cross but the new house is a lot further away.
My other question- is it possible to train him to pee in one place ? I really regret not doing that as he has ruined our lawn. Are pee posts any good? He is 8 months old so is it too late?
