Healing thoughts needed

My beloved dobermann Ace is currently in the vets with suspected hepatitis :(
He has been off his food for a couple of days, and this morning the whites of his eyes were yellow. Got him to the vets this morning, and vet rang a couple of hours later to say they suspect dobermann hepatitis. There are still more tests to do, but if it is this, then the prognosis isn't good.
Just have to wait now until the vet rings tomorrow with more news :(

Thanks everyone.
Have spoken to the vet this morning. It seems that it is dobermann hepatitis, but he seems to be responding to the treatment so far. He managed to eat some food last night, and even pulled out his drip! They said he does seem alot brighter today, and hopefully will be able to come home tomorrow :)
Not 100% sure yet what the long term prospects are, but hopefully it is something that can be managed with medication and diet.

Yay, he's home :)
He has about 20 tablets to take each day, and will need a special diet, but seems ok for now. So pleased to have him back
