Doddle off food and really bad wind:(

My normally food bin is off his food and oh my the wind!!!
His drank loads of water but that might be due to heat.
He seems ok but we are off on holiday camping tomorrow. Anyone know the likihood of it being anything other than wind and something his eaten? Not sure if I should call vet or so how he goes over the day.

Panic over just followed him into garden to find pile of diahorra with rice grains in.
He was on the kitchen the other day and I saw few rice grains on floor and assumed he had been in bag but hadnt eaten it, it appears he has
Have called vet, they said they don't need to see him but to keep eye on him.
