Spayed pup

Arghh, she was spayed just yesterday and is so bouncy and looks cross that i wont let her run around. How am i supposed to keep her 'still'?!!
Even if i keep her on lead next to me and she's asleep, she'll suddenly leap up and belt around the room! This is gonna be a long week!!

My pup jumped around like a maddy from day 2 and healed really well. We used a babies vest with a hole cut for the tail to stop her licking. She got her stitches out on day 8 with no complications. I walked her on the lead and didn't do any rough play or retrieving but she still ran about the house and garden. Try not to worry too much, they're tough little things.

Thanks Donner, i'm concentrating on the positive, this is 7 days when i can get her walking really nicely on the lead! My cup IS half full!
