A little springer spaniel type dog running down St Leonards Road about 3.15 this afternoon.
Several cars stopped to try to catch him but this little chap/chapess wasn't stopping.
The dog was a fawn/chestnut, no white or black that I could see.
He/She had a collar on.
The dog ran up Coleman's Lane a private road, so hopefully it was on it's way home, but at least it was off the busy road.
Another driver pulled up and she said she would phone a friend in the RSPCA.
Hopefully little dog got home.
But if the owner is reading this, lots of us tried, we really did !
