What should I do (if anything) about this fox?

The past three mornings and one late afternoon, there has been a young fox hanging around our wheelie bins. It has a very bad leg, all crooked and it looks like it's in pain. Sad We live in a gated development (not as posh as we like to think as it sounds) in a reasonably rural part of town, so I know he's pretty safe from moving cars/other dangers but I'd like to know if I should call RSPCA or someone, obviously its a wild animal and there's no guarantee he would be here when anyone came. I'm tempted to leave some cat food out in the hedges for him as he looks so scraggy and pathetic but I know that is not really ideal.
sorry to post in this thread but I'm hoping someone will tell me to butt out what to do?

RSPCA can be patchy in the way they respond (trying to be tactful here), so have a look on Google for wildlife hospitals in your area. I know many areas increasingly have specialist wildlife hospitals with experienced staff. If there's one in your area, give them a call. Also may be worth trying your local Wildlife Trust - every County has one.
