How long does a 15kg bag of dog food last your dog?

Quick poll. Jasper is on Burns Alert. He's had this bag for about 7 weeks and probably has a couple of weeks left in it. He eats 200g a day, despite the recommended amount being 140g-ish. I can see his ribs. He is a wagging tail with a dog attached.

About 6 weeks here.

But I have a big dog.

According to the Burns feeding guide, this amount of food should last 75 days. I seriously doubt it. And I suspect the little git has been slipping in to the garage and diving in face first.

How big, Viva?

About 2 months, bit longer maybe, he's a cocker spaniel, weighs about 11-12kg. The recommended amount is about 130g per day but he has a bit more as he loses weight with only that much (he has Lukullus from zooplus). I know lots of people say they have trouble with their dogs losing weight on Burns.

It lasts my 10mth old Bullmastiff 3-4weeks but she is huge !! and still growing :)

30 kg lab & 30 kg collie cross.
15kg bag lasts 2-3wks.

Greyhound. So I imagine eats more than a spaniel but less than a lab, alsation, etc.

For 3 collies, about 3.5 weeks/15kg bag.

3 months 10kg whippet.

I have to be very careful to choose the right brand before I buy a big bag or we are stuck with it far too long lol!

For a 17kg collie/ lab its about 8 weeks. She's on James Well Beloved.

About 2 weeks but I do have 2 GD's :D

I have a 37kg Greyhound and a 15kg bag lasts about 6 weeks. We worked out that it costs us 0.5p per day to feed him!

We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and three DC. Since DD started weaning a year ago we recon we're only on our second sack of James Welbeloved. DS1 is very clumsy and lots skids of his plate, DS2 likes saving scraps for the dog.

She has free access to food, is walked lots and has a really waggy tail. She's the thinnest of all of us!

Hmm I'm now worried im over feeding although the vet tells me I should give him more, we have a collie x lab and a bag lasts 4-5 weeks
