his collar is actually looking a bit wrose for wear, its his birthday next week, together this adds up to new collar.

I like red dingo and rogz type stuff, dont want to spend much, he is ginger. :)

I'm bored! I love these: www.hollyandlil.co.uk/ though they don't fit in with your "don't want to spend much criteria"! Otherwise, I love any collar that has a snap-clip type thing, rather than a buckle, as they're easier to get off. We use Pets at Home ones and have no trouble with them.

Does Eric like water? Sorry, I can't remember what breed he is. Anyhoo, if he is the kind of dog who has an irresistible attraction to water, the smellier the better, Dublin Dog does a waterproof, anti-pong collar which comes highly rated. Unfortunately, not very cheap (start at £17) but are supposed to be very hard wearing.
