Can anyone recommend an insurance policy for a dog.

Our dog arrives next week & I need to find some insurance for her.

Having shopped around a lot I've stuck with Animal Friends - something like seven different levels of cover to choose from including three different lifetime policies, reasonable premiums, pay out promptly.

I've been with animal friends for 3 years now they very good easy to make claim to 100% recommend !!

Just watch out for their dubious practice of how quickly you have to submit claims.

We have used PetPlan for years. The premiums may be more expensive than others but we had the security of knowing our dogs were insured for life. In fact, we recouped every penny and more when our 2 elderly collies needed ongoing veterinary care during the last 2 years of their lives. They have always paid promptly and without any quibbles.
