What do labradoodles feel like?

Are they a bit wiry or is their fur silky?

They can be a real mixture because the breed is fairly new so there isn't a standard so you would have to look at individual litters to assess the lab/poodle mix of each one.

There are different types of coat, shaggy, fleecya and.

Mine has a fleecy coat and is soft as a soft thing from soft town.

The problem is when we take him out everyone strokes his head oohing and aahing at how soft he is and it gets hand grease on it and he needs washing.

The shaggy type coat is a bit coarser and not so soft I think

Possibly, I just wondered what they felt like, they look very soft but someone told me they don't feel very soft
