Will the odd ice cube hurt as he so hot and won't drink much but lOve ice cube ?

read on a thread yesterday that you could freeze your kong in a ice cream tub 3/4 full of water then put it outside for cooling fun, guessing that would involve ice so guess it should be ok, may go try it with mine as he is black, panting like a mad un but still insisting on going to lie in the sun

Of course ice cubes will be OK. It's just frozen water.

My understanding is it's deep chested dogs suddenly drinking a lot of very cold water/ice that can cause a problem, otherwise think it's pretty safe.

I give Jasper ice cubes and frozen kongs.

just not too cold, I gave pup one and it froze into her beard, she was clattering it around on the floor trying to get it off
