Which kong for a greyhound?

I'm going to get my greyhound a kong but not sure which size! This is why he needs one, hopefully it will work! I can't stand peanut butter or cream cheese so I don't buy it. So what else could I use to plug it up with?

Size guide here sp would say XL classic?

Yogurt frozen Billy liked. He has a L size and it's normal strength because he is lazy and gives up after a while.

So does this mean Sprocket's never normally left on his own?

We leave him quite a bit Betsy really. I go into town 2-3 times a week, to the co-op a couple of times a week then when DP is home we go out tuesday afternoons from about half 4 to half 6 ish, and we go out at weekends for an hour or so. So it's not like he's not used to being left!
