rushed my older girl to the vets tonight after she had what looked like a fit. Heart fine, temp fine, no abdominal pain (after a couple of days having a bad belly). They've said to keep her at home as it's overkill to keep her in and it could be some sort of rice allergy (we'd just fed her rice as she was looking better) or it could be an electrolyte imbalance which could be causing something more metabolic (and potentially neurological) hence the apparent fit. She's having a full blood test tomorrow just wondered if anyone had any experience of this? Hopefully all will be fine and it was more a panic by the dog at being sick (I didn't see it dh was with her and called in a panic). she's happily lying at me feet hoping to be fed!! Sadly that's not happening :(
