So I took the dog to vet again today because she doesn't seem much better. It was a different vet who I think was more experienced and straightaway she said she could feel a lump in her abdomen. So I had to leave her at the vets to have a scan and almost definitely an operation this afternoon. Husband is coming home from work because he wants to see her before the operation because last time we sent a dog for an operation he didn't get woken up again. The vet thinks it's probably only on her spleen but its quite a large lump so there are chances it may have spread. As you can imagine we are quite worried.
