My dog and DD's toys

We have 2 dogs, one of whom likes to play with toys and has done since we got her.
Our DD is 9wks so isn't playing with toys as such but some of them ones with squeakers in which I use to play with her, the dog has got hold of them when we weren't paying attention. We've washed them as she likes to just chew on them (but she doesn't destroy them, she just sort of sucks them) but it's got me to thinking about when DD is crawling around, when her toys are all over the place, how do we stop the dog getting her toys and her getting the dog's toys? We could throw the dogs toys out but I don't want to do that as it's mean but there's no way for the dog (or DD) to differentiate between whose toys are whose.
What have others done in this situation? I can get the toys off the dog but I can't wash all DD's toys all the time and there's no knowing if the dog has been at the toys when I'm not there (if I forget to move them) unless she leaves them somewhere I know I've not put them but when DD is moving around I'm not going to be able to assume.
Any advice for me?

I have 3 kids and I keep their toys in their playroom which is gated or in their bedrooms i.e. I keep the dog away from them. He cant tell the difference between his toys and theirs so I dont let him near them. can you do that in your set-up?

I used to play a game with my dog. I'd sit on the floor with her with a selection of DS toys, her toys and household items such as mobile and tv remotes.

If she nudged her toy, she got a treat, but if she touched any of the others she got a "No" noise. I varied the toys each time, and she seemed to enjoy the game too.

It seemed to work, and when Dog2 came along, she taught him the same game as he never touched DSs toys.
