Earlier, DS2 was playing on the XBox and the puppy was curled up beside him. Pup then sat up, watched DS intently for a minute, and then very gently leaned forward and held his chin with his teeth (super gently, DS wasn't hurt or marked in any way, and wasn't frightened). He held him for a fraction of a moment, and then let go and licked his hand and settled back down. I've never seen him do this before, but both DC said that he has. Er, does anyone know why he does this? I'd rather stop it, tbh, although I didn't get the impression it was an aggressive thing. He has never done it to me.
