house training.

hey i got my puppy yesterday and was wondering if you left water down all the time for them when house training? hes always got biscuits down (what the breeder told me she was doing) and has meat for lunch and tea.
once he's been trained i will leave water out for him just not to sure about now.

You have it the wrong way round. Water needs to be available at all times, and food should be eaten at mealtimes and any leftovers should be taken away.
