I have got 2 8 week old greyhound / lurcher pups. They are fantastic and really well behaved and such a lovely addition to my Noahs ark :)

I have been putting them out everytime they move as part of there houstraining, but as it is cold rainy and very windy where i am and they are not very keen to go out. They shiver and stand looking rather pathetic.

I have had a look at puppy jumpers but they are tiny and i am aware that is a few weeks they will have huge giraffe legs and grow very quickly.

How can i keep them warm outside ?

Teach them a 'toilet' command, which will speed up the whole process. To start with they won't have a clue what they are out there for.

I used the word 'toilet' when my dogs were pups. They still know it, which is handy if we are travelling and I need them to just get on with it and go, rather then spend 3 days sniffing the verge and larking about.
